1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 7rrr online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, promotions, and services accessible via 7rrr.asia. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 7rrr ("the Company").

By creating an account, logging in, or placing a bet on 7rrr, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are acting on your own behalf, and that participating in online gambling is legal under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account at 7rrr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("21+ only" rule applies strictly).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact number reachable in Bangladesh.
• Each player may hold only one registered account. Opening duplicate accounts may result in suspension of all linked accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 7rrr or any of its affiliated operators.

7rrr reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may be suspended pending review.

3. Account Management

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 7rrr account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals initiated regardless of whether you authorised those actions or not.

• Do not attempt to transfer, sell, or assign your 7rrr account or any balance within it to any third party.
• Account closures requested by the player will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed.
• 7rrr reserves the right to close or suspend any account if fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

7rrr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. Currently supported methods in Bangladesh include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following deposit and withdrawal conditions apply to all 7rrr accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time may vary during national holidays including Eid and Durga Puja.
• Funds deposited must be used for wagering. Direct withdrawal of deposited funds without any wagering activity may be subject to an administrative review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7rrr offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, free spin packages, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as BPL and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier and eligible game categories are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• A welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Any evidence of multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will result in forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• 7rrr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

If 7rrr determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to pattern betting, using multiple accounts, or exploiting software errors, the Company reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings and suspend the account indefinitely.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7rrr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Prohibited actions include: using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; engaging in money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources; colluding with other players to fix game outcomes; reverse engineering any part of the 7rrr platform; and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. Any player found guilty of any of the above will have their account immediately terminated and outstanding balances forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7rrr platform — including but not limited to logos, software, game assets, graphics, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7rrr or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 7rrr content without prior written consent.
• The 7rrr brand name, logo, and trademarks may not be used in any advertising, promotional material, or third-party website without explicit written authorisation.
• Any unauthorised use of 7rrr intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable international and Bangladeshi intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

7rrr provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7rrr disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall 7rrr be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 7rrr has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of liability for certain damages, 7rrr's total liability shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

7rrr collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies only as required by law or platform security.
• 7rrr employs SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all data transmissions between your device and our servers to safeguard sensitive information.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 7rrr, subject to our legal retention obligations. Submit such requests to [email protected].

10. Amendments & Governing Law

7rrr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of 7rrr after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. In the event of any dispute between you and 7rrr, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process. 7rrr's decision on all matters relating to platform integrity, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final.
